How to get to Corsica

General Information:

There are many ways to get to Corsica. The most interesting now in terms of price are flights with Easyjet.

There are weekly direct flights to Bastia and Ajaccio from principal airports in the UK, and other European cities throughout the summer season.

For Bastia airport there are three flights  with easyjet every Sunday during the high season; two from London Gatwick and one from Manchester.

Out of the holiday season, it is possible to get Easyjet connections from Paris.

If you are coming from the UK, a simple and cost effective journey out of the main holiday season is to take the Eurostar to Paris and then the Easyjet flight from Paris to Bastia.  There is a direct connecting train from Paris Gard du Nord (where the Eurostar terminates) to Paris Charles de Gaulle airport (for easyjet), taking  only 40 minutes.

Also, don't forget the ferry. A very comfortable and relaxing way to travel to Corsica is by ferry from the French ports of Marseille, Nice and Toulons, or the Italian port of Livorno. For more details, see below or contact us as we can book your ferry journey for you.

By plane:

There are 4 airports in Corsica: Bastia Poretta (BIA), Calvi Sainte Catherine (CLY), Ajaccio Campo de'll Oro (AJA) and Figari (FSC).

Be aware that flights to Corsica are opening up all of the time and with different operators. You will need to do your own research, but contact us if you need advice.

Other flights can be found through www.airfrance.com

Regular passages to Corsican ports from France and Italy can be found through SNCM and Corsica Ferries.

Bonifacio has regular connexions with Santa Teresa di Galura, in Sardinia. Sardinia is served by numerous low cost airlines. More information on Olbia airport.
